Our North Shore Psychology practice is located in Crows Nest NSW, across from Woolworths, beside H&R Block.
We believe it is our job to help people develop good emotional and psychological health and wellbeing.
The Self Centre is a psychology private practice offering counselling, clinical psychology and mental health services to individuals in Sydney, including those in the Northern Suburbs, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches and City of Sydney. Our team of experienced psychologists provide evidence-based treatment for a variety of concerns, including:
- Anxiety, panic and OCD
- Sleep difficulties
- Relationship issues
- Depression & bipolar
- Stress and burnout
- ADHD
- Trauma
Our psychologists use various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), schema therapy, eye movement desensitisation reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), to tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals.
