The Self Centre Values

Mission Statement

We believe that everyone already has within them a set of values, strengths, and skills that will help them grow and heal. Our job is to provide a space that allows everyone to feel safe enough to explore their vulnerability and develop a positive regard for themselves in effort to heal and live their best life.

“The Self Centre” – our name was born from the ethos that in order to live a healthy life full of vitality and wellbeing, we have to know ourselves (strengths and weaknesses) and become centred and grounded in ourselves. We must value ourselves enough to invest in the self-care and self-awareness required to heal and grow.

Our aim at The Self Centre is to offer people an opportunity to be accompanied in their journey towards self-awareness, self-growth and self-healing.
